FLAW To Release Sophomore Album In May
April 1, 2004FLAW have set a May 4 release date through Republic/Universal Records for their sophomore album, "Endangered Species". The follow-up to 2001's "Through The Eyes" features twelve new tracks, including "Endangered Species", "Medicate", "Wait For Me", "Many Faces", "All The Worst", "Final Cry", "Worlds Divide", "Turn The Tables", "Not Enough", "You've Changed", "Decide", and the first single, "Recognize".
Originally a five-member band, FLAW are now a four-piece made up of: Chris Volz (vocals),Ryan Jurhs (bass, vocals),Lance Arny (guitars),and newest member Micah Havertape (drums).
"We're much better as a four-piece," commented Jurhs. "The band's much tighter, it's much easier to work that way, and we can really pull things off live. I think that's because of the individuals in the band — through all the trials, struggles and tribulations that this band has gone through, we're still here, we always will be, and our focus has never changed."
FLAW recently wrapped up tour dates with SEVENDUST and LIFE OF AGONY and are currently on tour with ILL NINO. You can hear some of the band's new material at one of their upcoming dates:
